The Bureau of License & Inspections monitors permits and collects fees related to professional photography, motion picture and television production for the municipality.  The bureau reviews all applications and helps to accommodate on location filming citywide.  The Film Permit Application, financial incentives, and helpful links to resources can be found on this page.

The City of Camden aims to promote itself as a top filming destination and has been designated “film-ready” by the New Jersey Motion Picture & Television Commission.  This designation provides an elevated platform for certified communities to promote themselves as filming destinations and connects film and TV professionals with skilled and knowledgeable liaisons across the state, who can provide local expertise and support to create easier, faster, and better access to nearby resources and location information.
